Your unit already posted the schedule. Put it on your phone.

Photograph the posted monthly roster or upload the PDF. Your shifts land on your phone — with on-call reminders timed to the minute and a documented paper trail for every swap.

Staff-side. Your roster. No hospital install.

The problem

The schedule exists.
It's just hard to live with.

Posted as a printout or PDF

The color-coded master schedule lives in a binder, a photo in the group chat, or a PDF no one bookmarked. You dig it out every time you need a date — and it's already two weeks old.

Coverage arranged in iMessage

Swap requests go out in the group text — "anyone take my Tuesday?" — with no record of who agreed. The charge nurse finds out when someone doesn't show.

Missed on-call, unrecorded swaps

A 0645 start the morning after an 1800 on-call that synced to no one's calendar. A swap that happened over text and exists nowhere else. When HR asks, no one has a clean answer.

How it works

Four steps, starting with the
roster you already have.

01

Photograph or upload the posted roster

Take a photo of the color-coded master schedule on the wall, or upload the PDF. Glenna reads the grid — PL columns, TR columns, on-call tallies.

02

Confirm which row is you

Find your name in the list and tap to confirm. Glenna learns what's yours and ignores the rest of the unit.

03

Shifts land on your phone

Your calendar, on-call reminders timed precisely (e.g., 2 days and 3 hours before an 1800 start), and plain-language answers: "When is my next on-call?"

04

Request a swap — with a paper trail

Pick the shift, pick a qualified colleague. They accept. Your charge approves. Every step timestamped. No reconstructing texts after the fact.

What it does

Three things nurses
actually need.

My roster

One photo, once a month.

The color-coded master schedule is your source of truth. Glenna reads PL / TR / on-call columns. You confirm your row. Shifts stay current.

Ask Glenna

Answers from your roster, not a search box.

Type a plain question. Get a direct answer pulled from the schedule you uploaded — not a general calendar search.

Am I working October 6th?
No — October 6 is your day off.
When is my next on-call?
Friday Oct 10, 1800 start.

Documented swaps

Request → accept → approve. Every step timestamped.

Pick the shift, pick a qualified colleague. They accept. Your charge approves. Every step is visible to everyone involved.

For your unit

One nurse starts.
A charge nurse finishes the job.

Glenna is individual-first. Sign up, photograph the posted roster, confirm your row — that's it. No IT ticket, no training day, no vendor contract.

When two or three nurses on the same unit join, swap requests start crossing names already in the system. When the charge notices, they step in as leader on that thread — one invite, no rollout.

No EHR integration. No payroll hook. No geofence clock-in. Just the workforce schedule and the people on it.

1

One nurse signs up

Photographs the roster, confirms her row. Shifts are on her phone.

2

Two or three join from the same unit

Swap requests cross names already in the system — no manual matching.

3

Charge steps in as leader

Single invite. Sees a contained trail instead of reconstructing texts.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is this hospital software?

No. Glenna is staff-side. You install it the same way you install any app — no hospital IT approval, no vendor contract, no EHR connection. The hospital doesn't know it exists unless you tell them.

Do you need IT or administration sign-off?

Not to get started. One nurse can sign up, photograph the posted roster, and use Glenna today. If the charge nurse wants to take on the leader role in a swap flow later, that's a single invite — still no IT ticket.

Is this for payroll or clock-in?

No. Glenna reads the schedule you already have — names, shifts, on-call assignments, documented swaps. There's no timekeeping, no attendance tracking, no payroll. No geofence, no badge tap, no punch-in.

What data does Glenna store?

Workforce schedule data only: names, shifts, on-call assignments, and swap records. Not patient information. Not health records. The roster is a workforce schedule — it doesn't touch anything clinical.
